Benefiting parents and kids: As of January 2017, Thermo Fisher will be providing 100% paid parental leave in the U.S. for new parents.
Connecting employees: The Latino Hispanic Heritage Employee Resource Group formed in early 2017, making a total of seven resource groups available that provide leadership training, networking and other resources to employees.
