Thermo Fisher continuously seeks new ways to ensure that diversity and inclusion remain an integral quality of our work culture through the formation of new councils and additional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
January 2017 marked the launch of Thermo Fisher’s seventh Employee Resource Group, the Global Latino Hispanic Heritage Employee Resource Group (LHH ERG). The LHH ERG strategy includes business objectives centered on recruitment, retention, education and awareness, professional development and community engagement. The goals of the LHH ERG are to attract, develop and retain Latino and Hispanic talent at the company. These goals align closely with the goals and objectives of the six other Global Employee Resource Groups at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Women’s, African Heritage, Millennials, possAbilities (Differing Abilities), Veterans, and LGBTA ERGs).
