Earth Day: April 22

Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22 to raise awareness and encourage actions that help protect our planet and preserve its natural resources for future generations.

At Thermo Fisher, we not only honor Earth Day, but we also commit ourselves to protect the environment every day. We routinely evaluate our product design and look for innovative ways to reduce environmental impacts across a product’s lifecycle.

This means sourcing better materials, implementing alternative ways to manufacture and ship our products and instruments, and collaborating with our customers and suppliers to advance sustainability.

By incorporating principles of green chemistry and engineering into our designs, we are developing products and instruments that are more energy efficient, responsibly packaged, produce less waste and more.
