One unique aspect of EliA is the ability to utilize one master isotype curve for each group of assays. All assays that are IgG in nature run from one IgG master curve. The same is true for IgM and IgA–each using a single IgM or IgA master calibration curve. This technology optimizes workflow by eliminating the need to run calibration curves for individual assays.
