Phadia 250 Instrument

Designed to aid in the diagnosis of allergy & autoimmunity

Part of the Phadia^TM family of laboratory solutions, the Phadia 250 instrument proves reliability every day at laboratories around the world. More than 2,000 systems are in use, often in a clustered set-up, running both allergy and autoimmunity ImmunoCAP^TM and EliA^TM assays.

Phadia 250 Instrument Features

1. Stop solution and development solution, 2 bottles each.
2. Loading tray for 38 EliA or ImmunoCAP carriers in addition to the positions in the storage chamber.
3. Cooled storage chamber for 180 barcode-controlled EliA and ImmunoCAP carriers.
4. Sample diluent (6 bottles) and dilution plates (2 × 96 wells) for onboard dilution of samples.
5. Barcode reader, for identi cation of reagents.
6. Cooled conjugate compartment (6 bottles).
7. Strip tray (8 positions) or calibrator strips and/or curve control strips.
8. LCD, logical and intuitive instrument management via touch screen.
9. Integrated storage for wash and rinse solution, as well as solid and liquid waste containers. 
10. Connectable to fixed piping and drain, enabling automated flling of rinse solution and waste drainage.
11. Sample racks (5 positions), each holding up to 10 patient and quality control samples.
